Who is....

KATHY BETTS?

Kathy has been performing for the last 9 years with International Stinger (formally coached by Bob Ladewig), which became a Playground Theater Member team in March 2006. Before this, she performed with the independent team, Dually Noted (coached by SNL and 30 Rock's John Lutz). With both of these troupes she has been in shows in Chicago and various festivals across the USA and even the Chicagoland burbs!

She is a graduate of ImprovOlympic and has peformed there with the teams Metropolis and Little Fat Girl as well as the shows Cowboy Peepshow and Thriller Theater 4: Scooby Doo Meets the Facts Of Life.

She is also a graduate of the Second City Conservatory, finishing the program with the great cast of Causal Sets. She also appeared in the Donny's Skybox show, "Egg and Idle Chatter."

Kathy has additionally studied at Annoyance Productions and has been seen performing in various other shows which include "Clueless" and "The Monday Show" and with the troupes "Condimints", "White Noise", and "Ninja" at The Playground Theater, Frankie J's, etc. You may also find her in a few webisodes, including "Webseries the Webseries", "Lesbian Space Invaders", and "The Log Jam." She is an ensemble member of Gayco Productions, and has performed in their last 5 original revues, "The Audacity of Nope", "Breast in Show", "Scream If You Love Christmas", "Lit", and "Swallow Your Pride".
